Quick answers, no runaround.

The things aspirants ask us most, answered plainly. If your question isn't here, the team is one email away.

Law Mock is meant to be obvious to use. But a few things — locked questions, two-paper exams, how scoring works — come up often enough to explain properly. Here they are.

Getting started

Do I need to pay anything?

No. Law Mock is in beta and everything is free right now — every mock, every note, the full dashboard. There's no card required to practise.

Why are the first 10 questions open but the rest locked?

Every mock lets you try the first 10 questions without an account so you can judge the quality. To unlock the remaining questions, submit your answers, and get a subject-wise score breakdown, you just register free — no payment, ever, for the core mocks.

How do I register?

Hit Try Free, enter your email, and verify the one-time code we send. That's it — you're in, and your attempts start saving to your dashboard.

Taking a mock

My exam has two papers — where's the second one?

Two-sitting exams like Bihar Judiciary and UP PCS-J show both papers as tabs inside the same mock — Paper I (General Studies / GK) and Paper II (Law). Switch tabs to move between them; your answers in both are saved and scored together.

Is there a timer?

Timing is optional. You can run a mock untimed to learn, or switch the timer on to rehearse real exam pressure. Your call, every time.

Can I go back and change an answer?

Yes. Use the question palette to jump anywhere, mark questions for review, and revise before you submit — just like the real interface.

Scores & the dashboard

How is my weak subject decided?

After each mock we score you by subject and rank them. Each state exam is kept separate, so your Bihar performance never mixes with your Rajasthan numbers. Every weak subject links to the notes that fix it.

I think an answer is wrong.

You might be right — tell us. Send the exam, mock and question number with your reasoning through our contact form. We verify against the bare Act and reputable case reporting, and fix confirmed errors quickly.

The app

Can I install Law Mock on my phone?

Yes — it's a progressive web app. On Android/Chrome you'll see an Install prompt; on iPhone, tap Share → "Add to Home Screen." It opens full-screen like a native app, which is ideal for distraction-free mocks.

Still stuck? Send us a message — a real person on the team reads it, usually replying within a working day.
