Refund Policy
Short version: the Platform is free during beta, so there's nothing to pay and nothing to refund. Here's how we'll handle it fairly once paid plans arrive.

When paid plans launch
When we introduce paid plans, we want the refund terms to be as fair as the product. Our intention is simple: if Law Mock genuinely isn't working for you, you shouldn't feel trapped.
7-day cooling-off
We plan to offer a 7-day refund window on first-time subscription purchases. If you buy a plan and decide within 7 days that it isn't for you, write to us for a full refund — provided the plan hasn't been substantially consumed (for example, downloading the entire premium library or exhausting a one-off pack).
What typically won't be refundable
- Renewals of a plan you've already used for a full term (cancel before renewal to avoid the charge).
- One-time purchases that have been fully consumed.
- Requests made well after the cooling-off window without a genuine service failure.
If something is genuinely our fault
If you were charged in error, billed twice, or couldn't access what you paid for because of a problem on our side, tell us — we'll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate, regardless of the window.
How refunds will work
- Send a request through our contact form with your registered email and order details.
- We aim to acknowledge within 2 working days and resolve approved refunds promptly.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
